Understanding Grade A, B, and C
Our grading system provides a transparent, standardized way to assess the cosmetic and functional condition of reconditioned and rebottled IBC totes. Every tote is individually graded by trained inspectors following consistent criteria. The grade affects pricing but not structural safety or leak-proof performance. All grades are structurally sound and leak-tested.
Minimal cosmetic wear. The bottle is clean and clear with no discoloration, staining, or odor. The cage is straight with no bent bars. The pallet is fully intact. Suitable for food-grade applications after proper cleaning. The exterior label area is clean and free of old adhesive residue. All threads on the fill cap and discharge outlet are in perfect condition. Grade A totes represent the top 15-20% of our reconditioned inventory and are hand-selected for applications where appearance and cleanliness matter most.
Light cosmetic imperfections such as minor scuffing on the bottle or slight surface staining that does not affect structural integrity. The cage may have minor surface rust that has been treated. Fully functional for industrial and agricultural use. The bottle may show faint discoloration from prior contents but has been cleaned to remove all residue and odor. Threads are in good working condition. Grade B totes make up the majority of our reconditioned inventory and offer the best balance of quality and value for most industrial applications.
Noticeable cosmetic wear including visible staining, moderate scuffing, or repaired cage bars. These totes are structurally sound and leak-tested but are best suited for non-critical storage, rainwater collection, or applications where appearance is not a concern. The bottle may have permanent discoloration that does not wash out. The cage may have been repaired with replacement bars or welds. The pallet may show significant wear but remains load-bearing. Grade C totes are our most affordable option and are popular for water storage, irrigation, and non-sensitive industrial use.

Unused, unfilled totes may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping costs. Totes must be in the same condition as delivered.
