IBC Parts & Accessories
2" Butterfly Valves
The butterfly valve is the standard discharge fitting on virtually every IBC tote. Our replacement valves are compatible with all major manufacturers including Schutz, Mauser, Greif, and Snyder. We stock both EPDM and Viton gasket versions for immediate shipment.
2" Ball Valves
Ball valves provide a true full-bore flow path with zero restriction when open. Unlike butterfly valves that have a disc in the center of the flow path, ball valves rotate a hollow sphere out of the way completely, allowing viscous liquids like oils, syrups, adhesives, and resins to flow freely without clogging or leaving residue on the disc.
Our ball valves are available in polypropylene for chemical resistance or stainless steel 304/316 for food-grade and pharmaceutical applications. Stainless steel ball valves are rated to 1,000 PSI, making them suitable for pump-assisted dispensing systems where pressures exceed gravity-feed levels.
Ball valves are also preferred when precise flow control is needed. The lever handle can be positioned at any angle between fully closed and fully open to throttle flow, while butterfly valves are designed primarily for full-open or full-closed operation.
Camlock Adapters (Types A-F + DC/DP)
Camlock (cam-and-groove) fittings are the universal quick-connect standard for IBC totes, drums, hoses, and pumps. Two lever-lock arms snap the male adapter into the female coupler in seconds without tools. We carry all eight camlock types in polypropylene, aluminum, stainless steel 304/316, and brass. Every adapter ships with a gasket installed.

Gasket Material Guide: EPDM vs Viton vs Silicone vs PTFE
Choosing the right gasket material is critical for preventing leaks and ensuring chemical compatibility. The wrong gasket can swell, dissolve, or become brittle in contact with your product, leading to leaks, contamination, or valve failure. Use this comparison to select the correct material for your application.
EPDM
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer
Color: Black
Hardness: 55 - 70 Shore A
FDA: Yes
Temperature Range
-22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C)

IBC Heating Blankets (120V / 240V)
Insulated electric blankets that wrap around the IBC tote to maintain product temperature in cold weather or to warm viscous materials for easier dispensing. Our blankets feature adjustable thermostatic controls, heavy-duty weatherproof construction, and UL/CSA certification for safe industrial use.
Full-wrap models heat all four sides of the tote for uniform temperature distribution. Economy models cover two opposing sides and cost approximately 40% less. For critical applications where precise temperature control is required, our premium models include a digital PID controller with a thermocouple probe that maintains temperature within plus or minus 2 degrees F.
Common applications include maintaining viscosity of oils, resins, and adhesives for gravity dispensing; preventing freeze damage to water-based products during winter storage; and warming temperature-sensitive chemicals to their specified handling temperature before use.
The 240V models are recommended for industrial environments where 120V circuits would be overloaded. A 1,500W blanket on a 120V circuit draws 12.5 amps, which is near the limit of a standard 15-amp outlet. The same blanket on 240V draws only 6.25 amps, leaving headroom for other equipment on the circuit.
IBC Tote Covers
UV radiation from direct sunlight is the number-one cause of premature HDPE bottle failure in outdoor IBC installations. UV exposure causes the polymer chains in HDPE to break down, making the bottle chalky, brittle, and prone to cracking. A tote stored outdoors without UV protection can fail in as little as 12 to 18 months, while a covered tote lasts 5 to 7 years or more.
Our tote covers also prevent rainwater from pooling on the lid, which can contaminate the fill cap gasket area and introduce water into the tote when the cap is opened. The reinforced valve cutout allows dispensing operations without removing the cover, so the tote stays protected during use.
The reflective white version is recommended for totes storing temperature-sensitive products, as it reduces solar heat gain by up to 40% compared to a black cover. This can mean the difference between a stable 85 F product temperature and a damaging 120 F temperature on a hot summer day.
Spill Containment Pallets (Single / Double / Quad)
Required by EPA 40 CFR 264.175 for any facility storing hazardous liquids, and recommended for all bulk liquid storage. Our polyethylene sump pallets capture leaks and spills before they reach the floor, ground, or storm drains. Each model exceeds the 110% containment requirement for the largest single container placed on it.
| Configuration | Dimensions | Sump Capacity | Load Capacity | Weight | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single Tote | 58" L x 46" W x 14" H | 360 gallons | 4,000 lbs | ~110 lbs | Holds one 275 or 330-gal tote; exceeds 110% containment for 330-gal; forklift pockets; removable grating; built-in drain plug |
| Double Tote | 98" L x 46" W x 14" H | 535 gallons | 8,000 lbs | ~195 lbs | Holds two totes side by side; exceeds 110% of single largest container; interconnected sump with single drain point |
| Quad Tote | 98" L x 98" W x 14" H | 1,100 gallons | 16,000 lbs | ~375 lbs | Holds four totes in 2x2 configuration; modular design ships in two halves; ideal for outdoor chemical storage yards; exceeds 110% of largest single container |
Spill Pallet Features
Forklift Pockets
Built-in fork channels on all models allow repositioning with a standard forklift. No need to unload totes before moving the pallet.
Removable Grating
HDPE grating lifts out for easy sump cleaning and inspection. Grating supports up to 4,000 lbs per pallet position.
Drain Plug
All models include a 2" NPT drain plug for removing accumulated rainwater or captured spill material. Optional drain valve available.
IBC Mixers & Agitators
Top-entry mixers that insert through the 6" lid opening to blend, suspend, or agitate the contents of your IBC tote. Whether you need to keep solids in suspension, blend two liquids to a uniform consistency, or prevent separation of emulsions, we have a mixer configuration for your application.
Electric models run on standard 115V single-phase power and feature variable-speed controllers from 100 to 1,750 RPM. Air-powered (pneumatic) models are available for hazardous locations (Class I, Division 1 and 2) and wash-down environments where electric motors are not permitted.
Impeller options include axial-flow propellers for low-viscosity blending (water, juices, cleaning solutions) and radial-flow turbines for high-viscosity mixing (resins, adhesives, thick slurries). Shaft lengths of 36", 48", and 60" are available to reach the bottom of both 275-gallon and 330-gallon totes. Cage-clamp mounts secure to the top frame with no drilling.
Hose Assemblies
Pre-assembled hose kits designed to connect directly to the IBC tote valve and deliver product to your process equipment, tank, or fill point. Every assembly is pressure-tested to 150 PSI before shipping to ensure zero leaks on arrival.
Standard assemblies include a 2" camlock connection on the tote end, reinforced EPDM or chemical-resistant XLPE hose in 10-foot or 25-foot lengths, and a dispensing nozzle or second camlock fitting on the discharge end.
For food-grade applications, we offer FDA-compliant silicone and Teflon-lined hose assemblies with stainless-steel fittings and tri-clamp connections. These assemblies are autoclavable and meet 3-A Sanitary Standards for dairy and food processing.
Fittings Compatibility Chart
IBC totes from different manufacturers and countries use different thread standards. This chart helps you determine which valve and adapter will fit your specific tote. When in doubt, send us a photo of the existing valve outlet and we will identify the correct thread and recommend the right fitting.

Additional Accessories & Components
Beyond the core valve and fitting categories, we stock a complete range of accessories to support every aspect of IBC tote operations. All items ship from our Elk Grove Village warehouse.
Lid Caps & Fill Covers
The 6" (150 mm) screw cap on top of the IBC tote is critical for keeping contaminants out and preventing evaporation. We carry vented caps with built-in pressure relief for liquids that off-gas, solid caps for sealed storage, and tamper-evident caps for regulatory compliance. Replacement gaskets are included. We also stock 2" and 3" bung caps for secondary openings, and dust covers that snap over the fill port for outdoor storage. Vented caps feature a 0.5 PSI relief valve and a vacuum breaker to prevent bottle collapse during dispensing.
Gaskets & Seals
Leaks at the valve outlet or lid are almost always caused by a worn or missing gasket. We carry a full range of replacement gaskets in EPDM, Viton, PTFE, and silicone to handle everything from water and mild chemicals to aggressive solvents and food products. Available for 2" valve connections, 6" lid threads, and all common camlock sizes. Sold individually or in bulk packs of 25, 50, and 100 for maintenance departments that go through them regularly. See our gasket material comparison chart below for selection guidance.
Forklift Attachments
Purpose-built forklift accessories for safe, efficient IBC handling. Our IBC forklift clamp grips the steel cage from the sides and lifts without requiring a pallet, which is invaluable when pallets are damaged or missing. The tilt attachment lets you angle a tote forward for gravity dispensing without building a raised platform. We also carry fork extensions (60" and 72") for reaching totes in deep racking and forklift-mounted drum and tote rotators for complete emptying. All attachments meet OSHA forklift modification guidelines under 29 CFR 1910.178.
IBC Stands & Dispensing Racks
Steel stands that elevate an IBC tote 18 to 36 inches off the ground for gravity dispensing into drums, buckets, or smaller containers. The raised position increases head pressure at the valve, improving flow rate from approximately 25 GPM to 35 GPM. Our stands feature 4-way forklift access so you can set a full tote directly onto the stand. Load ratings of 4,000 to 6,000 lbs accommodate both 275 and 330-gallon totes at maximum fill weight. Powder-coated steel construction with adjustable leveling feet for uneven floors.
Level Indicators & Sight Gauges
Know exactly how much product remains in your IBC without opening the lid. Our mechanical float gauge installs through the 6" lid opening and provides a visual level reading on an external dial. Electronic ultrasonic level sensors mount on top of the lid and display volume in gallons or liters on a battery-powered LCD. For multi-tote installations, we offer wireless level monitoring systems that transmit readings to a central display or smartphone app via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
Drain Trays & Drip Pans
Small-footprint containment trays that sit directly beneath the valve area to catch drips during dispensing operations. Unlike full spill pallets, drain trays are portable, lightweight (under 10 lbs), and fit in tight spaces. Made from chemical-resistant polyethylene with a 5 to 10 gallon capacity. Essential for dispensing stations where the tote sits on a stand or rack and occasional dripping is expected. Easy to empty via built-in pour spout.
Anti-Siphon Valves & Vacuum Breakers
When an IBC tote is connected to a pump or gravity-fed system, a sudden line disconnect can create a siphon that drains the entire tote uncontrollably. Our anti-siphon valves install inline between the tote valve and the hose to prevent backflow. Vacuum breakers install on the fill cap to admit air as liquid is dispensed, preventing bottle collapse and maintaining consistent flow. Both are essential safety devices for any plumbed IBC installation.
Label Holders & Marking Systems
Heavy-duty stainless steel label holders that clip directly onto the IBC cage wire without tools. Each holder accepts a standard 4" x 6" GHS chemical label or custom identification card behind a clear weatherproof cover. We also carry paint-marker stencil kits for marking tote numbers, contents, and dates directly onto the HDPE bottle, and magnetic label holders for steel-cage totes that can be repositioned in seconds.
